All newcomers need a high startup!

Al Salam 3lykom ow ra7mat Allah ow Barakath,

The very first imagination that I thought it would be reality once I come to the new company, is that they guide me and break the "7araj/shy" borders every newcomes have. However, this turned to be totally incorrect. Especially that many coordinators and managers are on-leave, therefore, it gives the employee below managers to play around !!

I hoped that the Trainning Centre here was more cooperative and wise to deal with newcomers people in general, and UAE nationals in specific. Espcially those who have not been involved in working in other companies or institutions. The orientation program they have made for me (as it is the same for all newcomers), could be finished within two or three days. However, they all insist to stick with the "PROGRAM-TIME-LINE" and finish it by a week as a minimum duration.

Plus, not starting arranging for desk, computer, and telephone is something really annoying. Where would a newcome stay for the first few days? I was like face-to-face with the recieptionist sitting there playing around with my mobile phone that has no camera or further specifications!! What else am I supposed to do ?

After the first week finished, and finishing the orientation program, I started with a new obsticle. What now? They told me to go to the department that I should belong to. Okaaay!!. I thought the suffering time is finished now. However, that turned also to be incorrect, as my coatch went for a rest and my team leader went for a vacation. Waiting for anyone of them just to inform me where to go or what to do.

I hope that people in recruitment department or training centre take this issue into consideration, as newcomer employees do not feel comfortable at the very first days, and prepare a strong schedule that newcomers would spend their time on effeciently for the benefit of the company and the person himself.

Offfffffffffffff. Its still 7:25 am !!
